14 Day At Home Workout

Don't use the excuse that you can't workout at home. Yah, it's not ideal but suck it up buttercup. There is no reason why you can't build muscle, strength, and size at home. 

This 14 day trainer is designed using dumbbells with 4 exercises a day. You start with a 10 minute aerobic warm up, 2 Primer Hypertrophy exercises, followed by 2 Pyramid type exercises. Why pyramid? Because a high level of volume and training density get your muscles worked!!
